Welcome back to my little corner of the internet!
Today I wanted to share with you a little restaurant close to my home in Italy. I used to go there when I was still in school and I enjoy going back there every time I visit my mom.
The crêpes here feel authentic, like the ones you can find in French Brittany, but with local ingredients. As a matter of fact, the owner learned to make them in Brittany and goes back there every year. Looking at him making a crêpe fills me with harmony and jealousy at the same time. He makes it look so easy, so effortless.
If you go to Crêpes Oui, you are there for the crêpes. On the menu, you can choose both savoury and sweet ones. However, in the last years, Paolo decided to add some pasta and risotto dishes to the menu. Everything is homemade and with a touch of his incredibly creative mind.
And to top the experience, a new arrival is a selection of organic cider from Trentino. The ginger one is absolutely amazing!
